Press the box with two people in it on the top left of the screen. Type in the username you wish to add as a friend and hit send. Your friend should see the friend request in the same location under Incoming requests. Once they accept you'll be friends.

Make sure you have your friend added on Iso. Press the play a friend button on the right center of the contest screen. Select the sport, contest type, and amount you want to play. Once you have selected the contest select the friend you want to play. Lastly make your five picks and the entry will be sent to your friend!

Incoming match requests from friends can be found on the rightmost box in the top left corner.
